Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the store team and craft the guest experience in a welcoming environment.

You will supervise daily operations, coach partners, and ensure quality beverages and food while maintaining store safety and security. The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate two or more employees.
• Strong oral communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling, store safety and security policies.
