Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and maintain a welcoming coffeehouse environment. You will coach team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store safety while delivering excellent customer service to our community.

In this role you’ll delegate tasks, manage cash handling, and support scheduling while embracing Starbucks benefits and growth opportunities offered to partners.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to direct work and learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of retail environment and store policies
