Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver a warm, welcoming experience for the community. You will coach partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain store safety and standards on every shift.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in a customer-facing role, excellent communication, and strong teamwork. The role offers flexible hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within our famous coffeehouse network.

Qualifications
