Starbucks Coffee Company in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every cup meets quality standards and every customer receives warm friendly service.

As a partner, you will coach team, delegate tasks, maintain store policies, manage cash handling, and support opening/closing shifts. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, tuition assistance, vacation, and sick time.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available for flexible hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages, food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months in a customer-facing role handling requests.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes or customized orders.
• At least six months delegating tasks to two or more teammates.
• Direct work, learn quickly, and communicate effectively.
• Strong teamwork and ability to build relationships in a retail setting.
