Starbucks Corp. in California is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community.

You will coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, direct the team, ensure safety and cash handling, and deliver consistent, warm service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating at least two employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
