Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the café team and deliver exceptional customer service in a warm, welcoming space. You will ensure quality beverages and food, uphold safety standards, and support daily operations.

This role emphasizes coaching, coordinating tasks among staff, and maintaining a positive store environment while adhering to store policies and schedules. Flexibility in hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
