Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations with craft and heart. You will mentor partners, ensure beverage quality, and maintain a welcoming space for the community.

You will drive guest satisfaction through strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and cash-handling policies while supporting store goals and schedules. This role emphasizes growth and operational excellence.

• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role or similar environment, demonstrating reliability and strong interaction with guests.
