Starbucks Corp. in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach partners, and ensure top-quality beverages and guest experiences. The role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and strong communication to foster a welcoming community space.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, ability to delegate tasks, and adaptability to flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety and security.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
