Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team in a community coffeehouse. You will coach partners, uphold quality beverages and food, manage cash handling, and ensure safety and courtesy on every shift.

Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to train others, delegate tasks, and create a welcoming space for customers and partners alike.
