Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor in Vacaville, CA to lead a team, craft quality beverages, and maintain a welcoming space for customers and the community.

You will ensure store operations, safety, and cash handling while coaching partners to deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and growth opportunities within Starbucks.

Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customize as requested.
