Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every cup sparks connection in a welcoming space for the community.

You will coach team members, manage shift operations, and uphold quality beverages and food while following store policies, safety, and cash handling procedures. Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.
