Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the team and craft high-quality beverages in a welcoming store environment.

You will coach staff, ensure policy compliance, and coach food/beverage preparation while maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to coach and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes.
• At least six months of delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more coworkers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
