Starbucks Coffee Company in Pasadena is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach partners, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise beverage and food preparation, uphold quality standards, and maintain safe, welcoming store conditions for the community.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in customer-facing roles, strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Regular and punctual attendance is expected.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize for customers.
