Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in McDonough, GA is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring our store remains a welcoming space for the community and that every beverage meets our standards.

You will coach team members, manage cash handling, maintain safety, and adapt to flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation.

• Provide quality beverages and food while following recipes and standard procedures.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating a team.
