Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring our coffeehouse remains a welcoming space for the community. You will guide team members, uphold quality beverages and food, and manage cash handling and store safety during your shift.

The role requires six months in customer-facing roles, with ability to work flexible hours, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to build relationships and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet store policies and standards for quality beverages, food, cash handling, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to create a welcoming space for the community and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Direct cash handling, safety and security protocols during shift.
• Coach and supervise staff in following standard recipes and customer service practices.
• Support staffing and scheduling to maintain operations during peak times.
