Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at a Bala Cynwyd location. You will ensure quality beverages, employee coordination, and a welcoming environment for customers and the community.

Candidates should have 6 months of customer-facing experience, strong teamwork and communication, and the ability to manage tasks and guide a small team across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in a role requiring regular customer interaction and meeting requests.
• Ability to direct work of others and coordinate tasks for 2+ employees.

Responsibilities
