Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily coffeehouse operations with a focus on warm hospitality and quality beverages. You will guide the team, ensure adherence to recipes, manage cash handling, and maintain store safety and cleanliness.

The role requires reliable attendance, flexible hours, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships within the community and among partners. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to team members.
