Job summary

Accelevation in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Supervisor, Shipping (Modular) for the 2nd shift to lead our shipping team and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. • Forklift experience required; certifications preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Your Impact

As Supervisor, you’ll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation’s rapid growth. This position directly supervises our shipping operations, managing and mentoring our teams while upholding Accelevation's core values.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
