Job summary

CVS Health in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When there is no manager onsite, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Essential duties include supervising the crew, communicating with management, and handling customer inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
