Job summary

CVS Health in Randolph Township, NJ is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Key duties include supervising crew, handling customer questions, maintaining displays, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnight and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are offsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew and direct activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventories per planograms.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure a positive shopping experience.
