Job summary

Alstom in Dallas is seeking a passionate SDC Shift Supervisor to lead and develop operational excellence across our shift teams. You will optimize workflows, allocate resources, and mentor frontline staff to deliver reliable rail solutions.

You’ll collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations, drive continuous improvement, and uphold safety standards, quality checks, and lean practices to ensure on-time delivery and city connectivity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in rail, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Proficiency in shift management systems, maintenance protocols, and safety compliance.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence, lean principles, and process optimization.
• Effective communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
