Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for one of its Dairy Queen locations. The role focuses on customer service and food quality, following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has 1+ years supervising food service or retail, can pass a background check, and can communicate effectively in English. Training will involve supporting the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
