Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality service and product standards, and support staff in delivering a great guest experience.

The role reports to the Assistant Manager and General Manager, with opportunities for career growth within the Fourteen Foods network. A background check is required and applicants must be 18+ with prior supervisory experience in food service or retail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year of experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a background check.
• Fluency in English is preferred for some stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products per Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant and General Manager.
