Job summary

Agru America, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor at our facility. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork to meet production targets.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, experience reading technical documents, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality. On-site work with potential overtime and travel for training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production machines and work with maintenance on upkeep of equipment.
• Any other duties that the Company in its sole discretion may assign as needed.

• Experience as a production shift/team lead, required
• Experience with 5s, preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment +2 years, required
• Experience as a machine mechanic, required
• Some electrical, preferred
• Overhead crane, required
• Quality control experience, preferred
• Forklift experience, required

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• This position requires, but is not limited to, standing, walking, utilizing stairs or ladders, driving automatic forklift, climbing, squatting, stooping, twisting, bending, grabbing and grasping
• Must be able to work in a non-controlled environment
