Job summary

Tops-Products in Covington, TN is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing for the overnight shift (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.). This role directs non-exempt employees in print production, bindery finishing, or shipping and receiving, reviews schedules, assigns staff, and monitors quality to meet output targets.

You will coordinate with support groups, help modify processes, and maintain production records. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and strong communication

Qualifications

Responsibilities
