PrecisionX Group is seeking a production supervisor in Florida to oversee the alignment of production schedules with the plant's operational and financial goals. The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and continuous improvement within a deep drawn stamping environment.

The candidate will lead a team across shifts, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and drive improvements while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Experience in deep drawn stamping industry preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensures production goals are met.
• Assures production schedules are met.
• Reports monthly to Operations Manager results of production performance.
• Works to establish improvement plans for production goals.
• Collaborates with 1st Shift to ensure correct priorities are being worked on.
• Trains & certifies production employees.
• Ensures each production team has appropriate personnel resources.
• Evaluates skill set requirements for teams.
• Develops and Mentors production team.
• Provide bi-annual and annual reviews to team.
