Job summary

B Positive Plasma LLC is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee donor center flow under the Center Manager. The role involves supervising staff coverage, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting donor relations. Shifts include working every Saturday.

You will cross-train in Reception, Vitals, Lab, and Phlebotomy, assist with process improvements, equipment maintenance, and donor management system issues, while meeting regulatory and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and maintain records.
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Comply with regulations related to quality, safety, and day-to-day activities.
• Interact with donors to meet customer service expectations.
• Manage center flow and staff coverage to aid donor traffic.
• Cross train in Reception, Vitals, Lab, and Phlebotomy; fill in during breaks as needed.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with center management.
• Ensure daily equipment maintenance and calibration activities are performed.
• Assist with donor room turnover and donor management system issues.
• Monitor donation times and operate donor floor equipment.
