Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help lead daily store operations in a customer‑centered environment. You will partner with store leaders, oversee cash handling, price updates and signage, and support team development while ensuring friendly, neighborly service to every visitor.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift operation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leaders by reinforcing daily procedures and performance expectations.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four times a week when leaders are offsite.
• Maintain cleanliness, animal care, safety and security standards for exceptional neighborly service.
• Assist with back-office tasks: signs, price changes and cashier records.
