Compass Group USA, through ESFM, has an opening for a full-time Shift Supervisor at the Zoetis location in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will direct the activities of associates on a specific shift, ensure policy adherence, and drive safety and service quality while supporting a hospitality-driven workplace.

The role requires two years of supervisory experience, with the ability to train staff, schedule shifts, and prepare production or sales reports for management.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to train and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and recognize top performers.
• Prepare management reports on quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as mentor and support employee development.
• Handle time-off requests and act as point of contact for staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of associates during a shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety.
• Be the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
