Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Liberty, SC to support store management and drive customer service excellence. You will lead the team during shifts, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help deliver a smooth store operation.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, pricing and stocking merchandise, and maintaining displays. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, with flexibility for mornings and weekends and strong communication and

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth store operations.
• Communicate effectively between store management and crews and supervise activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold privacy practices.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory per promotions and seasonal plans.
• Reset departments following plan-o-grams (POGs) and ensure on-shelf maintenance.
