CVS Pharmacy in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will lead staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining customer service excellence.

You will supervise crews, handle inquiries and complaints, and assist with merchandising and displays while upholding confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Drive store performance and customer service by coordinating with management and crews.
• Handle all customer questions, problems and complaints and promote a positive CVS shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
