Overview

We are hiring immediately for a part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Capital One Cafe - 7014 E Camelback Road, Suite 1459, Scottsdale, AZ 85251

Schedule: Part time; open availability preferred. Weekends and mornings required. More details upon interview.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
