Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperforming staff.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
