Job summary

Jimmy Fresh is seeking a Store Manager to run daily shifts, open the store, prep ingredients, and bake bread for each shift. You will supervise shop and driver staff, manage fresh bread production, inventory, and coordinate deliveries with input from owners. The GM will create schedules.

Our in-house, fresh ingredients include sliced meats, vegetables, and house-made tuna salad, with bread baked on-site daily. This brand has been made with love since 1983 at Jimmy Fresh.

Responsibilities

• Open store and run shifts (8-10 hours)
• Prepare ingredients and bake fresh bread for shifts
• Supervise shop and driver staff; manage inventory and delivery of product
• Input and supervise delivery of products; assist owners in personnel decisions
• GM creates schedules
