Five Star Parks & Attractions in Louisville, KY is seeking a part-time Supervisor to assist the Operations Managers and General Manager with real-time park operations, ensuring staff coverage, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires high school diploma or GED and prior experience supervising staff. Evenings, weekends and some holidays are required. This position offers flexible hours in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in overseeing the daily operations of all crew at your facility.
• See that standups meetings pre-shift are completed.
• Document attendance issues following attendance policy.
• Ensure inspections are completed and problems are tagged, reported, and followed up.
• Verify the park is clean and delegate cleaning duties to team members.
• Timekeeping – approve times; ensure management staff approves clock-in/out punches each shift.
• Complete daily schedule template the previous day to cover all positions.
• Assess team and move crew around as needed.
• Assess team for training and re-training needs.
• Field guest complaints and incident reports as needed.
• Assist Operations Managers in completion of guest and team member incident reports.
• Help Manager ensure reports are completed and turned in within 24 hours.
• Ensure team members who are injured are retrained if needed.
• If team member needs medical attention call Safety Manager immediately.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
• Schedule crew members for your designated location.
• Support GM goals of meeting or exceeding turnover times.
• Assist with ride audits if needed and retrain/coach as needed.
• Update standup meeting info and communicate changes to other ops managers.
• Ensure facility is well maintained and report fixes to the GM.
