Morrison Living is hiring for a shift supervisor on an on-call basis at ArchCare Ferncliff Nursing Home, Rhinecliff, NY. The role directs associates during a shift, ensures policy adherence, and supports a team focused on hospitality services in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, evaluating performance, and preparing reports to meet quality and safety standards. Weekend availability and flexibility are required.

• Location: ArchCare Ferncliff Nursing Home - 21 Ferncliff Drive, Rhineback, NY 12572.
• Schedule: On call; Days and hours may vary. Weekend and holiday availability is required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No previous experience is required.
• Pay Range: $25.00per hour to$26.00per hour.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
