Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team during afternoon/evening shifts in Kansas. You will coach crew members, ensure food quality and customer satisfaction, and drive daily operations across food service, grocery, and fountain services.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or food service, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for a 45-hour week. Compensation is $15.50–$16.00 hourly, with bi-weekly bonus opportunities and benefits.

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00 (annually $40,500 - $42,500)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.

Reports to: Assistant Manager
