Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Graham, TX, to lead store crew, oversee shift operations across Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales, and ensure inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards. The role reports to the Assistant Manager and requires strong customer focus, leadership, and retail experience.

The position offers an hourly rate of $15.50–$16.00, with an annualized compensation around $40,500–$42,500, a rotating 3-week schedule and an expected 45-hour work week.

Qualificações

• Retail experience required.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00 (annually $40,500 - $42,500)

Shift Supervisor's role: Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales. Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
