Black Bear Diner Fort Worth is seeking a Supervisor to work with the management team and supervise daily operations of the Diner, ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to standards.

The role covers front and back-of-house oversight, training new team members, scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should have high school or GED and prior restaurant supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist management and supervise front- and back-of-house operations.

• Lead staff, train team members, and manage daily shift activities.
• Monitor inventory and labor costs; use approved labor guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and cash handling procedures.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and shift check-ins.
