Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential duties and responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive customer service. Greet customers, answer questions, and explain wash options.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and report inquiries, incidents, and issues promptly.
• Complete all Car wash Attendant duties satisfactorily.
• Understand basic troubleshooting of XPT and DRB issues following “DRB Protocol”.
• Complete “Supervisor Level DRB” training course.
• Attend Preventative Maintenance Training and complete 5-day Preventative Maintenance.
• Report to work on time, follow dress code and appearance standards.
• Minimum 6 months experience as CWA required before advancement.

Duties And Job Breakdown Percentages

• 60% Customer Interaction
• 30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
• 5% Opening/Closing Procedures
• 5% Basic Troubleshooting

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Ability to demonstrate responsibility when Site Manager is off-site.
• Enforce safety policies.
• Understand functions of chemical room equipment.
• Assist with tunnel and chemical room repairs, including cleaning solenoids.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, crouch, and kneel frequently. Work in damp, humid, and outdoor conditions. Lift objects up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Experience

• Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Working Environment

Work outdoors in a typical car wash environment with moderate to loud noise levels requiring PPE. Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.

Supervision Received

Work with minimal direction and periodic supervision.
