Chick-fil-A Market of Hilliard is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will manage shift activities, support staff, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a path for leadership development through our Leadership Academy and the opportunity to grow with a locally owned, independent Operator. Flexible scheduling is available to support your success.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include 30 hours per week across at least 4 days.
• Ability to Open and/or Close the restaurant with keyholder responsibilities.
• Strong commitment to growth and development of self.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure smooth daily restaurant flow.
• Oversee team members and enforce labor laws and policies.
• Deliver hospitality and resolve guest needs promptly.
• Assist with catering orders and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
