Chick-fil-A Market of Hilliard is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes service, accountability, and ongoing leadership development through the Market Academy and leadership meetings.

You will support high-volume service, ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborate with a supportive Owner/Operator to grow within the Chick-fil-A system.

Qualifications

• Availability of minimum 30 hours per week across at least 4 days per week.
• Ability to Open and/or Close the restaurant – keyholder responsibilities
• Strong commitment to growth and development of self

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
• Oversee team members, ensuring labor law compliance and disciplined actions when necessary.
• Deliver genuine hospitality and respond to guest needs.
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, including catering orders.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and work environment.
• Handle cash, register tills, and safety procedures with integrity.

What will you be responsible for?

At Market of Hilliard, we believe that leaders are those who influence change and set an example of service for our team members. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Support excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring excellence in flow of business
• Oversees team members, following all labor law requirements and conducting disciplinary action, when necessary
• Respectful and Immediate response to guest needs
• Coach, correct and encourage fellow team members
• Take and Assemble Catering Orders
• Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
• Handle cash, register tills, and safe with the utmost integrity and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
