• Evaluate performance, reward top performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the main contact for employee concerns or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
