Job summary

Compass Group USA at Univ. of Maryland - Baltimore County is hiring for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR. Location: 1000 Hilltop Circle, Baltimore, MD 21250. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some nights and weekends required.

Pay range is $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, and training will be provided. Direct the activities of associates during shifts and ensure policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred. Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
