Job summary

Joe & The Juice in Miami is seeking a Shift Supervisor to maintain the store’s high-energy vibe and smooth operations. You will lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support Juicers to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding standards and energy.

You’ll grow within an international Juicers network, receive hands-on training, and have opportunities to advance across roles and locations. If you love music, pace, and people, this is your place.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback that keeps the team energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise and delegate daily checklists using our system; keep the store clean, safe, and up to our Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation; help build a confident crew.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor commercial targets during the shift; manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team in supporting store sales.
