Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to help the General Manager deliver an exceptional guest experience by guiding the restaurant team and ensuring operational excellence.

You will supervise 1–7 team members, run shifts, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards while adhering to company policies and procedures. Must have strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment or a guest service industry in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to lead and train staff to deliver quality service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with POS and cash handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in supervising team to deliver quality, guest service, safety, and product preparation.
• Runs shifts and enforces company policies and procedures.
