Responsibilities

• Run shifts and support the GM in executing company policies and systems.
• Explain menu items and train staff accordingly.
• Record orders using POS and collect payments from guests.
• Adhere to federal, state and local laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and participate in training meetings.
