McDonald's in Brighton, Michigan is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the crew, plan schedules, and ensure an outstanding guest experience every shift. You’ll coach managers and crew, uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards, and help create a fast, friendly environment for customers.

In this role you’ll drive performance through coaching, manage safety, inventory, and profitability measures, and champion training and ongoing learning.
