Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are completed per policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
