Ideal candidates bring 6+ months of customer-facing experience, ability to delegate tasks, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and partners alike.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a role that required frequent customer interaction
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Experience coordinating the work of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes or customer modifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and adherence to operating policies.
